Magnifique vue sur Lisbonne

Appartement en mauvaise état (traçe de moisissure autour de la fenêtre et à côté du canapé, chaise cassé, presence de miettes des anciens locataires). Escalier très étroit, difficile d'accès avec des grosse valises

La posizione è buona, non lontano dalla metro e a piedi in 15/20 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro e i miradouros.

Basterebbero pochi accorgimenti per migliorarlo. Uno specchio! Attualmente ce n'è uno solo in bagno. Cambiare o lavare la tenda del bagno. I mobili in casa non sono ben curati. Pulire con più accortezza anche gli interni dei cassetti e di tutti i mobili presenti in casa.

La casa era molto sporca e mal tenuta, due sole sedie rotte, lavandino otturato (in parte sturato da noi). Abbiamo trovato sotto al letto cartacce e bottiglie vuote. nel portavaso sulla finestra c'erano tantissime cicche. Pur essendo ubicato in una zona abbastanza centrale, la traversa dove si trova l'appartamento era molto trasandata e con cumuli di spazzatura negli angoli della strada.

La proximité avec le centre de Lisbonne, l’accessibilité aux moyens de transport.

En cas de fortes chaleurs l’appartement est vite un four. La table et les chaises sont abîmées et pas pratiques (table haute, chaises vétustes). La porte d’entrée demande un temps d’adaptation.

Couch was filthy, probably never cleaned. When I opened a drawer the whole front fell on the floor as it was held together by tape. The plastic on the kitchen chairs was torn. There was mold all around the shower. The toilet dripped all night. The toilet seat was falling off. There were no lamps, just one bedside light. Furniture was shabby and falling apart. No travel information available although it was advertised.

Long story short- very bad value for money In more details: So this apartment is in the 4th floor NO elevator , the stairs are very narrow and spiral, I carried 2 suitcases of 30 kg each upstairs and looked after like I been running for an hour. If you’re a solo female traveler or old person that comes with heavy suitcase it’ll be nearly impossible for you to carry it up stairs. That’s was the worst part for me. Second there is NO air conditioning in the apartment, bed wasn’t comfortable, sheets wasn’t really clean and we had problems we the shower and the apartment is badly maintained overall. On top of that after paying 880 euro for 6 nights in this cave the host expected me to wash the apartment.. really?? Maybe I’ll come and give you foot massage too?
