Charming Studio in Mouraria

Centrally located and although next to a busy tourist area, it was easy to get around the different districts on foot and being a block or so off was quite a bit calmer. Staff was great and picked us up from the airport and gave us good suggestions to enjoy our stay.

When person upstairs was walking we could really hear the footsteps.

In advance app contact when we would arrive, herewith also additional tips for train etc. Upon arrival we were very kindly received and everything was explained and directions to the supermarket for our groceries. Very nice lady. The apartment looked clean, kitchen had everything we needed and the bed slept fine. Walking down the street and you are right in the center, ideal!

As others indicate, the bathroom was indeed very small. Shower, toilet and sink were in it, but you could barely turn around. Is also a smaller toilet than normal, that did sit a little less. But you spend the least time in the bathroom, so I don't think it's such a problem.

Sílvia and Ana provided excellent instructions on how to find the unit, and then Sílvia was there to give us the keys, show us everything we needed to know and answer our questions. It was fast and easy.

There was nothing I did not like. However, I would mention that the mattress is very firm. So if that is not your preference, you may not be totally comfortable.

The location is perfect. Everything in walking distance - metro, supermarket, tram 28, main square. Very convenient when using public transport. Small but you have everything you could need. The check in process was easy - Sylvia was so kind and waiting us in the studio.

Bathroom like in airplane, small and messy. Someone above in the apartment and outside (rougher area) was a bit noisy. Sheets and towels were lower quality.

The property was clean and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The kitchen and washing machine were great, so the place is well equipped.

No air-conditioning made the place really hot, and could not open the window for fresh air without hearing the really noisy street from below. The location was the downfall - it is close to everything, however the street itself (and a few surrounding streets) was a little bit sketchy/uncomfortable at times - lots of people loitering, yelling, drinking alcohol etc. It is on the edge of some rougher areas and we felt a little unsafe at times.

The location is great! It’s small of course, but perfect for 2 and everything you need for a holiday. Silvia (the property manager) goes above and beyond, she is so friendly and welcoming! we had her drive us to and from the airport which was so hassle-free and perfect to ask questions and get recommendations. Definitely recommend!

Honestly, nothing! It’s exactly as advertised, charming, safe, clean and a perfect location to enjoy all of Lisbon!
