Vlakbij metrostation en ondergrondse parkeergarage

Koelkast veroorzaakte kortsluiting en dat zou verholpen worden. Maar afzuigkap en oven functioneerden ook niet. Ook op een paar verdere punten heeft het appartement TLC nodig.
