Casa 36 Exquisite Flat

La dueña muy amable, incluso dejó un detalle de bienvenida. El piso está en un bajo, por lo que te evita subir escaleras, y tiene un acuerdo con un garaje cercano a 10€ el día. Está cerca de todo para poder llegar andando sin necesidad de vehículo.

El barrio tiene poco aparcamiento y al estar en un bajo se escucha el tráfico. La sartén estaba en muy mal estado, pero la dueña dijo que la iba a cambiar.

Location is about 20 min walk to the Rossio area, most of the way without up or down hills. The size of the apartment is good, we were 2 adults and baby. Next door garage help with the car. Quite street.

We stayed 4 nights and got like 3 rolls of toilet paper, we are not a lot in the apartment, and it was too little. There is a washing machine but the clothes drying rack is really small. Isolated is not great, and you hear how it is coming into the building and walking upstairs .the cooking corner without inaf light.

This was only sleepover place for the daily trips.

There was an initial confusion regarding the collection of keys, it turned out that it was not our fault. The place was part of a complex of 4 units. Our accommodation was at the street level, which wasn’t that bad. The only issue what came up was noise from upstairs unit above, where they were cleaning their kitchen at midnight or even later.

The location was really good, you can easily walk everywhere if you want. Also metro stations Intendente and Maritim Moniz nearby. Restaurants, shops nearby. All in all a nice place to stay and special thanks to Ana and Paula for the excellent care and kindness.

Modern flat with everything we need

Too small for a family and not enough sunlight - not a clean sofa

The apartment was lovely nicely decorated and very clean with a great shower Fantastic position close to everything.

Cosy and great design and layout. It was in a great location and a beautiful Lisbon street. The bed was comfy and the cooling worked well. The shower was amazing! The welcoming treats were helpful and authentic.

The inner courtyard is useful to dry clothes but not to sit out in. The neighbouring families were loud so sleep was disrupted.
