Ourique Prime Apartments

The place is modern and clean, situated in a great neighbourhood. It has everything you need.

There is a slight smell of mould in the apartment. I stayed in December, it was a bit cold and the only heating was the Ac and it didn't suffice for me.

The apartment was spacious and had everything you need for cooking and washing clothes.

The walls are thin like paper! So you hear everything what the neighbors say and do :( The street next to the apartment is extremely noisy and loud. If someone opens the main door, you hear it loud and clear in the bedroom.

The apartment was really nice, modern and well equipped. Great having a smart TV and a washing machine. At first we felt like we were a bit far out of the centre, but we soon realised that all the sights were not far away at all! The local area is a nice neighbourhood and the cafe next door is fabulous.....It's a nice mix of the locals and tourists. The owner is really friendly and helpful!!

It's on a noisy and busy road (although the plus side of this is there are 2 bus stops) and planes regularly fly over (the double glazing is good though). The sofa bed was a comfortable sofa, but not great to sleep on, only accommodates 1 person.

On the day of check-in, I didn't receive the check-in details until around 9 p.m. after waiting all day, my countless calls and emails remained unanswered, and I had to look for alternative accommodation. Now I'm chasing my money because Monsanto asked for payment in advance.
