LovelyStay - Sunshine Residence in the Heart of Graça

Beautiful spacious apartment with a great view. We knew the apartment was on a higher floor with no elevators and at the top of a hill. We walked downhill to most sites and took Uber back to the apartment. The apartment had all the amenities we needed. It was perfect for our family.

The management was inflexible regarding late checkout. We had requested it months before our arrival and were informed that confirmation could only be given 24 hours prior to our departure. When we followed up with another request the day before we were set to leave, the response was a flat "no." They could have communicated this limitation from the beginning.

Top location Quality of apartment was very good.

could have provided better bedding. A bit difficutl to get to the nearest Metro station. Lots of walking uphill or downhill.

very good location.apt was clean .2 toilet paper for a 8 day stay. no soap, no dishwasher liquid. keep in mind it is 4 th floor and no lift. expensive place for what you get

not well maintained. pillows way to old , chairs with holes, drain smell horribly. need a very good maintenance overall. the place is clean but needs to be kept. we were 5 adults and only 2 toilet paper for 8 days. not well equipped as we had to run and buy even soap for the hands. we contacted the company as the heating was not working- we were very cold until my husband step in ( that my e mail were ignored) expensive place for what you get.

Very well located to one of the most visited Miradours in Lisbon. Nice interiour!

Very bad odor from the master bath room. Stinks like the sewers.
