The location was fabulous and the staff was nice.

The value was not there - it is way too expensive for what it is. I rented this because I wanted a very comfortable place and was hoping for a comfortable bed, but the bed was very uncomfortable, and for the expensive nighty price they should be able to have a better bed/upgrade. That was my main complaint. It also was not clean in every aspect - fairly clean but again for the price it should be very very clean. Also, the sofa is uncomfortable. There were also very loud neighbors who were yelling and stomping many times, when I reached out I felt sort of gaslit - I was told that an old couple lives there - over 24 hours later so there shouldn't be telling. I ended up renting another night simply because I didn't want to move all of my stuff.

Very good situated, nearby a square with winebar and restaurants. Very calm location. Owners were very helpful and gave a lot of good tips. Ideal location to discover Lissabon, quiet and central.

Great location. Good for solo travelers. The hosts were great and they recommended so many things to see and do.

No AC or heater so not ideal for summers or winters. The apartment wasnt clean enough. The fridge had mold.

What okay

The property was placed perfectly and Maria and her husband could not do enough for you. Kind people with so much local knowledge to share. even put up balloons for my birthday! Thoroughly recommend staying here. The little touches in the apartment were second to none, even an umbrella as there was a threat of rain. It was quiet and comfortable and really well positioned.

This place was very clean, cozy and well located within walking distance of the botanical garden, shops and restaurants. It was a very quiet area so no noise or parties in the evenings. The hosts were very welcoming and flexible with check in and check out times.

The only missing was a washing machine but everything else was provided.
