Lisbon Alfama Tagus

The location was excellent! We were participating the Half marathon on last Sunday, the room was located so close to the finish line. Was great to us! The facilities in the room were clean and well prepared for us. Surprised about the shower, it was duo shower in the main bedroom.

It was a bit noise during the late hours (like around 10pm) due to trash collection for the restaurant back kitchen. Kinda of trade off in between opening the window for fresh air or closing the window for avoid the noise. This is the only thing we cannot ignore.

Caesar was waiting for us at the apartment at the time we told him we would be arriving. We were delayed getting there because of luggage issues at airport and figuring out the metro. I texted him to let him know and he was very gracious and said not to worry, he would wait for us. I had to text him once or twice with "Lisbon" questions, and he immediately responded. Along with his attention, and Maria's communicating with me leading up to our trip, I was very comfortable that whatever we needed to know, they were there to help. Wonderful experience......... :) :)

Ab....so.....lutely........nothing.......... It was perfection! "IF" we would have cooked a meal ourselves (NOT), my only suggestion would have been to have an extra kitchen towel or 2 (looked, just for purposes of drying wine glasses that we rinsed out). Not a big deal or a game changer.

The location was perfect. It's beautifully decorated and all the essentials provided for an enjoyable stay.

The beds weren't all that comfortable. However, to be fair that seemed to be the case in most places we stayed in Portugal.

Perfect location and pretty apartment.
