Une légère odeur d’humidité dans le logement

O espaço é muito limpo, o anúncio descreve bem o local, bem silencioso, oferece todas as comodidades necessárias e a localização é excelente, chegar do aeroporto é muito simples e fica muito próximo do metro.

Excellent location. In the centre, near metro. 4th floor, with elevator. We visited in late February and kept windows mostly closed, so it wasn't nosy. But windows open to busy streets. Good wifi. Beds are good. There are electric heaters provided, so it wasn't cold in the apartament, although it was very humid. I appreciated that they provided new dishwashing kit. Communication with owners was very good.

Next building is very close, so they can easily see inside the apartament. We had to keep the windows shutters closed all the time and couldn't enjoy the sunny days. Not enough kitchen utensil: no big knife, very few plates and some were chipped, not enough cups for 3 persons. No complementary sugar or salt. We had to buy soap and toilet paper, what provided wasn't enough for 3 adults 5 days. Bathroom door didn't close properly. In the corners the bathroom was not cleaned properly. It is very hard to find where to dispose the garbage. There are no outside garbage bins in the proximity of the building. You have to carry the garbage bag far to find one. Many neighbours left their garbage near the elevator, in the building, and the smell, when waiting for the elevator, was horrible.

La posizione centrale

All’arrivo (eravamo 3 ospiti) il divano letto non era stato preparato per il 3º ospite, inoltre era PIENO di capelli, peli e polvere. Tuttavia, mandando un messaggio hanno risolto il problema durante il pomeriggio. Non è presente il riscaldamento (o aria condizionata per l’estate), il lavandino e la doccia si intasavano sempre e l’acqua non scendeva facilmente.
