"The location is good, but it's very noisy."

Location is amazing, and the house is big.

Unfortunately, because the house was old, there was a lot of noise from people walking past the upper floor and in front of the door. We woke up many times during the night. The hotel owner couldn't find a solution to this issue. And unfortunately, the facility responded late and left some questions unanswered, requiring us to ask repeatedly. There was no hair dryer, and some towels had stains. I had hoped the refrigerator would be cleaner.

The apartment was in a great location and perfect for a family of adults. We loved the decor.

I have to be very picky to find something I didn't like, but the air-conditioning did have a persistent clunk which got annoying.

Very convenient for restaurants and centre. Administration very helpful and accommodating.

A little warm unless opened windows. One internal room no window. Just to be aware one room aside kitchen.

"The essence of Lisboa and the Carmo"

Alexandra, Vasco, and Susana were great hosts. They were very responsive to our needs. My wife and I were especially pleased that Susana was able to check us in several hours early, just after we arrived from the airport. The decor and overall vibe of Apartamento do Carmo really captured the essence of Lisboa. It is very carefully put together with an eye for art, history, preservation, style and comfort. The location was wonderful!

We were happy with everything and would stay again

"Terrific apartment in an excellent area of the city. Nice owners."

No breakfast provided, so not applicable. Owners were friendly, helpful and most accommodating. An excellent information book in the apartment was very much appreciated. Transfers were booked. for us and were reasonably priced and efficient.

The double glazing was very much appreciated. Street was very busy but with windows shut it was completely silent inside. Air conditioning was good.
