Studio Heart of the City - Castle

Great location, very nice area to walk around in, close to many attractions, squares, food, etc. The wifi worked well.

The biggest issue for me was the cleanliness- the apartment has mold all over the walls, and smells very musty. The blankets didn't have any stains or anything but they still didn't feel super clean. The front door handle is half broken which didn't feel very secure, and even the key is a very basic one- it would be very easy for someone to break into the apartment which was concerning. The rest of the building appears to be vacant as well, which I wouldn't like if I was traveling alone. It's also located on the top floor, with very steep, narrow steps. There's no elevator so carrying big luggages up to the top floor was VERY difficult, even though we are young and active. I read this in other reviews but severely underestimated how steep the stairs would be. At night the stairway is pitch black, and there are no lights you can turn on, so we had to hold our phone flashlights in one hand while trying to carry the heavy luggages up. The bathroom has no privacy as it is in the center of the room, and the walls are made of glass. We didn't mind this, but it's probably only feasible for couples. The hot water in the shower also only lasts a few minutes. Overall it was an okay stay and nice to have the space to ourselves, but I recommend the host to clean the apartment better, improve the ventilation, and fix the door. There's not much that can be done about the lack of elevator, but I definitely wouldn't stay here if you have a lot of luggage.

Great location, open design and use of space in a historic building of Lisbon. Views from the rooftop apartment balcony alone are fantastic.

La situación del apartamento. La cama es muy cómoda.

Es un tercer piso sin ascensor, con unas escaleras muy estrechas. No recomendado para personas mayores ni con maleta. El menaje es un poco justo, faltan algunos cubiertos. Y se hubiera agradecido, algo para poner los platos a escurrir y alguna bayeta para limpiar la mesa. Compré un salero y lo dejé para próximos huéspedes, pues no había de nada.

No mencionan que está en una calleja escondida,cuesta encontrarla y lo más grave es que no dicen que es un 4 pisos sin ascensor,escalera estrecha sin luz ni apt para mayores.
