No code to get through the front door when we arrived at 11pm. No response from all 3 telephone numbers we had. Sent several text to their out of hours number, no reply the whole time we were in Lisbon. Appalling!!!! Ladder acces to bed space, never mentioned. I am over 70! Cold apartment , no dining space, sofa has no covers.

My complaints about this property are numerous; from difficult access to the property, to the most horrible lady host that we have ever encounter in any of the numerous travels. The internet in Portugal Is spotty at best, however the host wants you to use a link on your phone to open not only the from door but also the flats one. It took us 90 minutes to communicate to the hosts, under the rain, to finally allowed us to use a code to enter the property. But the key was the wrong one. That is when she gave us the real code to enter. If that was not enough, the next day after Sintra. We get to the flat and there is NO running water. Not a note, not water from worried host. Instead, after calling her numerous time, she answered replying that it was the city having issue. The next day, still with NO running water, she never replied to me. Nor she made any attempts to help. BEWARE !! DO NOT BE FOOL Do not think that because you rent thru the guarantee under the Booking you have a said in the complaint! They were of NO help. They told me that they have to get an approval of the host to refund me the money . Even though I had no water for more than 24 hours. So what happened is that I found out that the flat below me was having a total ripped out and no one care to tell us! I had to get another place, because I am fortunate to have credit cards, but it is sad for host like that to be able to continue to do dirty with their bread and butter; us tourist! am still waiting for a reply from Booking . It has been almost 2 weeks.

Fantastic balcony and view. Great location, well connected and close to good facilities. Really good and friendly customer contact / instructions.

The apartment would benefit from air con / mossie nets. The toilet flush needed to be fixed but this was dealt with very promptly.

The view was wonderful of the city, river, and bridge. It was noisy near the airport but it didn't bother our sleeping. Nice exploration of nearby park and cemetery.

The taxi driver couldn't find the location so dropped us off a block away. The flight path was directly above so heard jets a lot but not enough to bother us. It was a warm night so we slept on the main floor couch rather than the warmer loft.
