Lovely apartment with loads of character, but with a nice modern kitchen and bathroom, very spacious in a great location . Great communication at all times from the host and we were greeted by the lovely Francis where he went through everything in the apartment. Great hot showers and while there was 4 of us there was never a shortage of hot water. Be mindful as in a lot of buildings in Lisbon alot of noise carys from one apartment to another.. Also Tram 28 passe this apartment to the front so from earlier morning you will hear this. I would also to Future guests to bring some eyeblinds for the early morning as the old wooden blind let some light through , other than that we could not find fault in this apartment . Also a little shop under the was so convenient for water etc.

De persoon stond ons op te vangen met een liefdevolle uitleg, en heeft ons een goede rondleiding gegeven.

Deuren sluiten niet volledig en zonder slot, lastig wanneer je privé spullen wilt achterlaten (voor de voordeur en de slaapkamers) . Het is extreem gehorig, en de bedden naar mijn mening slecht. VOOR DE ZEKERHEID: er hangt een bromgeluid over het gehele stuk van de slaapkamers. nachten niet kunnen slapen hierdoor. wel aangegeven maar zeiden het te weten. erg irritant... voor de douche.. neem anti slip mee om niet uit te glijden ( zeker voor oudere mensen!) ben veilig!

The location was quite good, in a nice neighborhood and close to many restaurants and sights.

There were many problems with the apartment. Firstly, 2 of the 4 air conditionners (living room and bedroom) were broken so it was very hot in the apartment and quite uncomfortable. The person responsible for the apartment told us it couldn’t be fixed. Secondly, the washing machine leaked every time we used it. After having reported the issue, it was not resolved., Lastly, there were no extra garbage bags in the kitchen and the carpets in the apartment were quite dirty.
