WHome | Luxury Duplex Prime Location Great for Families

The property itself is nicely decorated and does look like the photos. The location was great. The air con worked well. It was really good value for money, we paid much less than booking a hotel. Despite my comments below we did have a great week and liked the apartment.

-Decor a little worn/ill maintained -4th ‘bedroom’ is a games room, does not have 2 singles beds as advertised but a sofa bed -3 bathrooms but only 2 toilets -No check in details given, cleaner still there on arrival and gave keys but no info -We were told there was just one set of keys (for 6 adults) we noticed the key safe and keypad for entry, with multiple messages we eventually got the details (24hrs after checking in) -Loud banging at 11pm and 4am for 1hr every night, suspect it was the bakery below. Had read reviews so took ear plugs which made it ok but very loud without!

The location was incredible and comfortable hosted eight adults for sleeping, although if you wanted to stay in and eat, there wasn't enough dining room chairs. With so many amazing restaurants in the area, including a pizzeria right down stairs, you wouldn't want to cook. A very nice supermarket is just around the corner and it's an easy down hill walk into the centre of Lisbon, I recommend a cab back up the hill!

This is a great apartment for heavy sleepers only. We were woken by a rumbling sound between 11pm-12am and again at 3am - 4.30am every day. It sounded like shoes in a tumble dryer! Soundproofing is listed under Facilities, it is far from it. The booking was for eight adults, the spare beds (two singles in the 'games room') weren't made on arrival and we had to go hunting for sheets and do it ourselves. They also ONLY provide one bath towel, no hand towels for the bathrooms so you can't easily dry your hands after washing them for example. The toilet push flush was broken and tough to work without a button. The apartment was generally clean, I did find silverfish in the bathroom on the last day though.

We were a family of 7 adults and one 2 year old and the refrigerator did work I reported it but it was not fixed so we had to keep our things outside to try to keep cold had to throw items out due to no refrigerator and the loft sink leaking onto the floor and the door to the TV,/ game room stuck hard to open felt like it would come of the hinges and last there was a loud noise all night it sounded like shoes in a dryer so we didn't get a good night sleep so I was disappointed I hope to get some kind of a refund. Great location close to some bars and restaurants.Walking distance to the city center. Staff was responsive and accomoodated our request for early check in.

The property was in a good location to access public transport. Plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance.

One of the showers was not working. During the night we experienced loud banging/vibration coming from somewhere inside the apartment not sure if it was the air conditioning units?

Apartment wasn't looked after well. Items, cabinets, drawers and freezer broken. Needed TLC. Bedroom on the top floor was too hot for guests to sleep in. AC had no effect on the room. Management company did not help us while we stayed.
