CharmingLoft Lisbon Avenida Large and Stylish Apt

I went through a lot of apartments from Lisbon before choosing this one for our one week vacation, so the expectations were high. Communication with host Nuno was excellent all the way and everything worked just as agreed. The apartment matched very well the pictures in booking.com. Kitchen was well equipped (even though you should wear a helmet when cooking... :-) Location of apartment is excellent. Decent 10-15 min walk to main squares, Rossio station, tram 28 etc. Also there is the biggest grocery store of the area just opposite the apartment. That is very handy as you could easily get warm bread etc. for breakfast. The street is very narrow but quite busy so you need to watch out when stepping out from the main door.

I think the biggest area of improvement is main bedroom bed. It is narrow and mattress is so thin that you could feel the springs. Good night sleep is a foundation of good vacation and exploring the city. That part of our holiday did not quite meet our expectations.

Tastefully decorated, catered for what our family needed. Loved the lounge corner. The apartment has a special spot for everyone to hang out. Amazing location. A street behind the luxury shops.

The staircase up to the top floor where the apartment is, however it added to the character of the place. We were aware prior to the trip so we’re not bothered at all.

The apartment was very clean, tastefully designed, and stocked. Place added a high level of comfort and enjoyment to our family vacation in Lisbon. The location, in Lisbon's trendiest neighborhoods, was central and close to shops, restaurants, and all the city has to offer. Many restaurants, bars, shops, and churches are on the same block. Aldi across the street was very convenient. Do not miss breakfast at Stanislav Brunch outside your door, along with many shops. Description of listing was 100% accurate. Our host, Nuno, communicated very clearly and promptly. Great value for this professionally designed and finished apartment. Highly reccomendend. Looking forward to staying with Nuno at our next visit.

You very quickly get used to the stairs up to the 4th floor. Do not consider if you have any health issues or physical disabilities.

Superb location. It is incredibly peaceful space after a day out. It is like a home away, it has eveything you need! There are supermarkets directly outside the door. Metro is around corner.

Lovely penthouse apartment in a great location in Lisbon. Facilities were clean and the flat was spacious. Met all of our expectations.

We had some issues with the air conditioning in the master bedroom. Also, another bathroom would have helped as sharing one between 5 people was difficult at times.

The location is excellent. The apartment was quite clean and sufficiently large for a family of five (two adults and three children). We stayed for 10 days and were grateful that the apartment has all of the amenities one could reasonably expect. Additionally, there is an Aldi across the street, which is very convenient when you want to purchase food, drinks and other such items. The host, Nuno, is very professional and went out of his way to make the stay pleasant and comfortable.

The apartment is on the top floor, so it can be a workout when carrying your luggage or after a long day of walking in the city. Other than that, we enjoyed everything about the apartment.

The apartment was perfect! The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped (toaster, microwave, lots of dishes, and even spices). The bathroom was large and convenient to use. The beds were comfy (we were five people). Overall it was very clean with lots of nice additions (like umbrellas, which luckily we didn't have to use). It's also worth to mention that the location was awesome. Just 2 minutes walk to the Metro station.

The only thing I was missing was a better view from windows (all of them faced directly onto neighboring buildings; however you could easily cover them for privacy) ;-)

The apartment is excellent and very comfortable for a family of 5 people. It is designed and furnished with attention to the smallest detail. Air conditioning kept comfortable temperature in the whole apartment. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and even more, plenty of plates, pots, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, salt, pepper, olive oil etc! The owner was very helpful and caring. The location is marvellous – 3 minutes to the metro station and walking distance to explore all major Lisbon attractions.

Bed mattress were too soft for us.
