Zona muy bonita. Bajo el.emblematico puente y un barrio muy bien comunicado con el centro de la ciudad. La gente muy amable. El apartamento bonito y confortable. Muy adecuado y con toda clase de utensilios. Para cuatro personas perfecto. Nada de ruido por la.noche. Mucha tranquilidad

De locatie; goede uitvalbasis.

De badkamerruimte is behoorlijk beschimmeld in de voegen. Het schilderwerk met spuitbus is ook over tegels gegaan. ziet er echt vies en knullig uit. Afvoer loopt snel vol, douchen betekent in eigen vuile water staan. De matrassen zijn echt hard en er ligt een enorme hoeveelheid stof onder het bed. De sleutel zou overhandigd worden door de eigenaar. Hij was er niet. Toen wij hem belden verwees hij naar een supermarkt verder op om de sleutel op te halen. Hij had ons gewoon per email of ander berichtje kunnen informeren, dan hadden we niet voor de deur hoeven te staan. Ook was er geen info over wifi etc. dat kregen we pas nadat we erom vroegen, niet vanzelf. De geiser deed het na één douche actie niet meer. Toen we hem belde zei hij dat dat wel vaker gebeurde. We moesten de geiser uitzetten/resetten en toen was het inderdaad opgelost. In de keuken is er ook veel vies; vloerkleed echt smerig en viezigheid op éen van de deurtjes.
