Struttura pulita, dotata di tutto il necessario. Il centro non vicinissimo ma comunque raggiungibile a piedi. Molto comoda per la vicinanza con la stazione Santa Apolonia sia per treni che per metro linea blu (occhio solo alle strade in salita :) )

Un po' rumorosa la notte quando rientravano le persone che abitavano sopra di noi.

Broken / cracked crockery kept. Could not keep windows open as grills were not fixed for a Ground floor apartment. Main door kept shaking and making noise with the wind.

Our hosts, Ligia and Arnaldo were very lovely! They got in touch with us a few days prior to our arrival and were very easy to contact after I added them on WhatsApp. After checking in, they offered to help us in case we needed anything during our stay. The apartment was very clean, well-stocked, had AC, and was the perfect size to accommodate 3 people. It even had a coffee machine which was a nice bonus! Our hosts left us a bottle of local red wine, some coffee pods and sweets as a welcome treat which was a nice touch. The location was really good too - relatively close to the subway and a few tourist attractions like churches, museums, a nice park nearby, all within walking distance. There's a lot of little bars and restaurants in the area which was perfect for us. Thank you so much Ligia and Arnaldo, we would definitely recommend to stay in your apartment!

This is just minor things that could be improved, I do not mean to nit-pick as the positives definitely outweigh the areas for improvement! We only got two big towels (there were 3 of us), which we used as beach towels, and three small ones to dry ourselves with after taking a shower. It would have been nice to get a few more towels, especially the bigger ones. The apartment is a groundfloor one, so naturally it gets less sunlight and tends to get a little damp (for which there was one dehumidifier in the bedroom, which was nice) but the towels were very slow to dry so that was a tiny drawback. Other than that everything was brilliant!

Comfortable couch for sleeping. Quiet at night.
