FLH Lx Factory Modern Flat

Ótima localização.

Apesar da ótima localização e do conforto, sugerimos um frigorífico com opção congeladora, visto dar bastante jeito no verão. Além disso, deveriam repensar o isolamento da casa, principalmente o chão, já que os vizinhos são extremamente sensíveis ao barulho e acabam por ser rudes. Para nós, acabou por estragar um pouco a experiência e levou-nos a querer passar o máximo de tempo fora do alojamento.

Excelente localização. Zona calma e com bons acessos.

A clarabóia na sala chateia um bocado para quem fica no sofá-cama. Mas férias não são para dormir, mas sim para conhecer o sítio 🙂

Good location clean flat, I had no issues. It’s close to LX factory, also Lidl is close by. You can go to many famous locations with Uber for less than 7€

It can be a bit noisy because of the location being close to LX factory and Main Street. It’s annoying that you need to pick up the keys from the centre

The apartment had a strong smell of sewer. The neighbour underneath had clearly a resentment to People renting here, since she was banging in the ceiling everytime we walked in the apartment.

great apartment in the lx factory area, clean, has everything for a long stay 👍

the key to the room must be picked up in another place, it is very inconvenient 👎 the apartment is under a bridge and below is an area with a cafe and loud music, you can hear airplanes and a tram depot nearby. Everything that can make noise is placed nearby. if you need silence to sleep - it will be difficult. no air conditioner and this is the top floor - it will be very hot there in the summer
