52 stairs to the 4th. floor. Narrow staircase. The second bedroht is vermutlich smalltalk in the roof. Only for Kids, Not for adult.

Air conditioning did not work meaning the small, hot loft was impossible to sleep in and the area didn’t feel safe to walk through as a female, especially at night. Other than that, nice flat

The location is very central. Close to the metro (MartiM Moniz) and the end station of tram 28E. Many touristic locations can be reached easily by walk. The host was helpful and gave us a few tips.

There is no lift in the building. We came with 4 big suitcases. Therefore, it was a bit inconvenient. The hallway is dirty and smells after cigarettes. but the apartment is clean.
