Location was excellent. The apartment was very clean and bright

The sink in the bathroom was not draining well. Emailed to the management and they sent someone to fix it. Unfortunately the “fixing” did not work.

Superb apartment in a great location. We had an extremely comfortable stay and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Lisbon. Plenty of restaurants and shops just meters away

We stayed in the apartment on Santa Justa Street. The location is excellent — flat, right in the heart of the city. It's next to the Augusta pedestrian street and close to Rossio Square. The apartment is beautiful, new, and pleasant. It's fully furnished and had everything we needed. The kitchen was equipped with utensils, a washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, and all the expected amenities. Surprisingly quiet inside the apartment despite the central location. Highly recommended!

In the shower, water flowed out onto the floor. The water pressure was great, but very quickly — after two people showered — the hot water ran out. In addition, the air conditioners didn’t work. There was a response via WhatsApp and they tried to explain how to operate them. We followed all the instructions, but they still didn’t work, and during certain hours it was cold and we wanted to heat the place. The main light in our room didn’t work, but we solved it using the bedside lamps. Still, we highly recommend the apartment. Thank you.

Hygiene

Kapotte lift..ik moet met mijn 58 oud leeftijd 4 verdiepingen met trappen naar boven gaan Wat nog erger was, was dat ik een gezin met een klein kind naar de vijfde verdieping zag moeten. De lift was al twee dagen kapot.

Space, light, comfortable. Clothes washer. Quiet. Nice surprise to have complimentary bottle of wine.

Not enough supplies. Ran out of toilet paper and had to use paper towels(did not flush down toilet , so kind of gross). No facial tissues for nose, so again, once the toilet paper was gone, paper towels to blow your nose. Only one set of towels per person - needed at least two for a three night stay

I don’t know where to start, the apartment exceeded our expectations. First of all, it is beautifully designed and equipped. Welcome gift with local wine and sweets was waiting for us. Huge windows giving a lot of light, and muting all the noise from the street. Details that were not expected and complimented the stay - relaxing pillow spray and Spotify playlists available with music that was just perfect for the occasion. I highly recommend!

The only thing was the music from Starbucks located just below the apartment bedroom, that started every day at 7:30. Could be annoying if you have light sleep. However it will not stop me from booking the apartment again in the future.
