Location was good

Some more dusting would have been nice. Oven wasn't working. No scissors in drawers

The whole place smells bad and moldy, and there are small cockroaches in the apartment.

Good contact with owner. Convenient location.

Upon arrival, we were immediately struck by a strong mildew and moisture smell, which made the space feel unclean and poorly maintained. The kitchen was disappointing as well—there was a scratched and damaged frying pan, suggesting a lack of care for even basic amenities. Additionally, there were no supplies provided to clean up the kitchen or dishes, which was quite inconvenient. The condition of the furniture was equally concerning. When we tried to go to bed, two legs of the bed frame collapsed. It could actually be dangerous. This bed was unusable. Closing one of the doors caused a part of the floor to come loose as well. Some of the lights didn't work. Overall, the place felt neglected and far below expectations. I would not recommend staying here unless improvements are made. That was one of the worst booking experiences we had.

Location and easy checkin

Smell and it didn’t feel clean at all. It had a terrible smell in one of the rooms.

Location was good - we could walk to most places, and public transport easily accessible. All facilities in apartment were fine. Washing machine was a bonus, but we didn't use it. Same with dishwasher, although it would have been too high up if we had wanted to use it (it's above the washing machine!). A private toilet in two of the bedrooms was a bonus, plus the main bathroom not a bad size. Plenty of toilet rolls too. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful to our messages, and responses were received in very good time.

Two of the three bedrooms had no window, so it felt a little claustrophobic. I would strongly recommend you get at least a smoke alarm fitted, as well as perhaps a heat detector alarm. Especially as one of the bedrooms is off the kitchen, and there would be no escape if a fire did occur. So early warning would be peace of mind. Finding the property was ok, but as there is no mention of "Charm" on the building, we couldn't be sure if it was the correct place. Maybe tell people there's a huge green garage door as the entrance. Also, we managed to open the side door with code provided, but to find the remote control for the garage door the instructions were lacking. Luckily when we rang the bell a lovely lady came out to help us, and to show us exactly where the apartment was. We would have been stuck if no-one answered the bell. So better instructions for access would be beneficial.
