The Graça Apartment

Spacious.

The location. It was far away from touristy area. It didn’t have AC or elevator.

The flat is fantastic: - It is close to the most importan monuments - It is close to different supermarkets, you can buy easily your food - It is in the Graça neighbourhood, a very beautiful one - It has a beautiful views

There are no curtains or blinds in the kitchen. For us, it was a bit uncomfortable

The appartment was nice and had windows on both sides. The beds were ok but not great. The area was quiet during the night. Clean. Everything working well.

Very loud : you hear all the neighbours. We were lucky with quiet ones but their tv is near the wall. Be prepared to climb stairs and walk walk walk. Not so close to the center. Sport addict only.

The shower was very good

The apartment was very noisy with a pump that would turn on at random times including in the middle of the night. The apartment was old so you could hear people walking in other apartments as if it was inside our own. Overall not clean and beds not comfortable

that you couldn’t flush toilet paper down the toilet the steep flight of stairs -for luggage

The property was great and in a great location once we worked out buses, these were really easy and available from the end of the road. the apartment was really comfortable and spacious with everything you need.
