FLH Bica Modern Flat with View

This property was lovely. The property was located very close to bars, shops, train stations & places to eat. Whilst being located next to these things, it still was the most peaceful stay. The facilities were great and included hair dryer, iron with ironing board and a full kitchen set up. It was a very comfortable and safe stay in the apartment and I would definitely recommend people to stay here. I traveled with one friend so the apartment was spacey but you could absolutely fit more than 2 people in there. I would stay again if I come back to Lisbon!

Apartment is nicely furnished and in a great location just near the Bica funicular. Options for breakfast nearby.

As expected the apartment is in an old building and therefore there's lots of noise from the other apartments in the building. So bring ear plugs.

It has a good location and a great size for family.

Issues Encountered: 1. Clogged Sink: The bathroom sink is clogged and drains very slowly. 2. Shower Leak: The shower has a leak, particularly near the wall. 3. Noise Disruption: Noise from upstairs is quite disruptive and incredibly late at night. It often sounds like furniture is being moved, and there are heavy footsteps around 2-4 AM. 4. Insufficient Soap: The soap provided was inadequate for our stay, and we had to purchase more from outside. 5. Lock Box Difficulties: The lock box was easy to open, but the door was quite old, and the lock was loose. It took a while to figure out how to open it. 6. Additional Charges: You need to pay an extra fee before leaving. The tax was originally 20 euros, but due to a recent change in city law, it is now 40 euros. Additionally, you are responsible for taking out the trash.

Bathroom has some issues and smelled bad

We liked the location for exploring Lisbon. We loved the tiny balcony and the view from there was so pretty. Air conditioning noise was helpful blocking out the street noise.

Because you’re beside one of the trams, there were always people making lots of noise, day and night.

Location was ideal Relatively clean except for bedroom rugs. Very stained and dirty

BEDS are soo so uncomfortable. We all woke up with sore back and neck

Great location, close to shop and restaurant. The place was fully equipped, with all the essentials. Beds were super comfy. The apartment has a balcony with a nice view.

A few things like doors and windows need some maintenance.

The electricity went off a few times (not really the fault of the property) but they could have been a little bit more helpful in communicating with us about it. Key was also a bit sticky to get in, and there was quite a bit of black mould on the bedroom windows.
