Beautifully designed and perfectly equipped! This apartment has everything you need for a stress-free stay, from a full kitchen to an incredibly cozy bed in the second room. The warm lighting and tasteful decor create such a lovely atmosphere! Patricia was a wonderful host—super responsive and easy to coordinate with. Clean, comfortable, and highly recommended!

The Wi-Fi worked perfectly in the living room and the adjacent bedroom, though the signal was a bit weaker in the further parts of the apartment.

Patricia seems to be putting her heart into making her guest's stay as comfortable as possible.

Rooms and toilet are fairly small. We managed fine, but could br difficult if you are a large person.

Todo estaba perfecto. Recientemente me alojé en Flat de Graça y quedé gratamente sorprendido. Todo estaba excesivamente cuidado, lo que hizo que mi estancia fuera muy cómoda y agradable. La atención al detalle y el esmero en cada rincón del alojamiento destacaban, brindando una experiencia acogedora y de calidad. Os lo recomiendo 100%.

L'appartement est au rez de chaussée mais très calme, lit très confortable, parfait pour 4 personnes. La salle de bain est petite surtout la cabine de douche. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Très bel appartement, bien équipé et bien localisé ( dans un quartier calme). La décoration est soignée. Patricia est une hôte très disponible avec qui, il a été facile de communiquer et d'obtenir des informations. Tout est fait pour que l'arrivée et le séjour se passent au mieux! Merci beaucoup!

Tout était parfait. Il ne manquait rien. Il y a vraiment tout pour être bien. J’ai été accueilli avec des petites attentions sur la table d’entrée ( des biscuits, bouteille d’eau , bouteille de vin….) juste incroyable. Vous avez de quoi faire du thé, du café , du chocolat. Il y a aussi tous les condiments pour cuisiner ( sel, huile d’olive..) Vous avez des serviettes, des plaides, des chaussons etc.. Pour ma part c’est la 2eme fois et j’y retournerai c’est certain. Je vous conseille cette location les yeux fermés. Moi qui voyage énormément je suis surpris par toutes les attentions ainsi que la gentillesse de l’hôte.

We liked how clean and cozy the flat was, but also the kindness of the owner. She was very attentive beforehand, she sent us information about the flat and the city. The size is perfect for a family of 4, with 2 double bedrooms, but also the option of the sofa bed at the little living room.

The flat gets a bit humid, but we made sure the back door and windows were open while we were indoors and everything was perfect.

Patricia, notre hôte, nous avait donné toutes les informations claires pour récupérer les clefs. Le logement est très bien, tel que sur les photos. Il est propre, avec toutes les commodités. Il est situé dans une rue très calme. Il est à environ 20-25 minutes à pied du centre. Il y a un tout petit coin terrasse agréable pour profiter du beau temps. Patricia est toujours au petits soins pour prendre de nos nouvelles et nous donner des infos touristiques.
