The Boulevard by The Good Neighbour in Lisbon

I love the room layout! It's better than a basic hotel room because we had a living room, dining area, kitchen and laundry area. The layout and overall calming decor made it a perfect place to relax at the end of a day of walking. The location was excellent as it was an easy walk to places of interest like Santa Justa Elevator, Rue Augusta arch, various monuments/plazas, Chiado area, among others. It was also near the meeting points for all the guided tours that we booked.

First, we couldn't get into the room using the door lock system despite following the given instructions. But the owners were responsive and quick to remedy the situation until we got in. Second, the bed was too firm for our preference and we wish the pillows were bigger and of better quality. Lastly, in I'ma few small comforts would have been appreciated - box of facial tissue, a few bottles of still water for arriving guests who have yet to buy basic supplies.

1. 환상적인 위치. 숙소 근처에 핑고 도스, 스타벅스, 호시우 역이 모두 바로 근처에 있음. 2. 신축 건물로 필요한 설비를 모두 갖춤. 깔끔한 실내 인테리어 뿐만 아니라 숙박에 필요한 모든 세탁기 냉장고 식기 등 모두 있습니다. 3. 문의 사항을 남기면 빠르게 호스트가 답변해주어 바로바로 해결 가능.

1. 장기 투숙 시 수건이 조금 부족. 추가 수건 요청 가능하나 추가금이 있음. 2. 샤워부스에 샴푸 비누 등을 놓을 작은 선반? 이 있으면 좋을 듯. 바닥에 놓고 쓰려니 불편했습니다.

Usability has not been kept in mind anywhere. The host seems to be doing things to tick off boxes on the listings. Really small rooms. Tiniest double bed and single beds we have ever seen. Bathroom design is impractical. No space in/near the shower to hang towels or keep your soap/shampoo bottles. The USB sockets next to the bed didn't work. In the supposed master bedroom, the one free power socket is positioned at a six feet height - wonder where people charge their phones. Was sold as "Apartment with terrace" - listing failed to mention that this was a shared terrace which could be accessed by others in the building. We found cigarette butts lying there and kept our curtains drawn for privacy. "Free toiletries" - this was a bottle of shampoo to be shared across 2 bathrooms and 5 guests. Also, a bottle of liquid soap in each bathroom - to be moved between the shower area and the wash basin. Seepage in the walls at multiple points. Very disappointing.

Beautiful apartment in a great location, very clean and modern.

Brilliant central location beside shops, transport, restaurants. Apartment was very clean and comfortable for 5 people. The outside terrace gave us extra space if we needed it

I didn’t like that the property manager changed the building entry code without letting us know. We had to tailgate off other clients or owners when leaving the building. Weak security.
