Bright and comfortable apartment with a fully equipped kitchen (except microwave). Location is great for famílies with young children as there's a big park + playground less 2 minutes away. Also, it's only 15/20m away from the centre by Uber.

We had to leave the A/C on all the time to clear the air as there was a bad / sewer smelll coming from the bathroom that spreads throughout the apartment. No microwave, despite advertised.

2nd bedroom had no curtains, I raised with property owner but the problem was ignored I was asked a number of times to resend photos and messages about the issue which was a delaying tactic. There was also a shortage of breakfast bowls and glasses.

I have not received my €250 security deposit back ($410 AUD) and it has been longer than a week since our check-out. I have contacted the hotel a number of times and have not heard back. This is not okay and I will continue to pester until I get my money back.

Beautuful apartment, loved the two balconies either side!

Nearly got locked into the bathroom, couldn’t open from inside. My sister had to open from other side, so put a book to keep door semi open! Other than that, no complaints!

Don't book this apartment if you travel for a few days.

The main problem is that you need to adapt your travel to the host agenda. The apartment is far away from downtown, so you need some time to go. The host hand you the key in person and he order you when have to be. If you try to ask for other time or other place is not possible. And when we met at the time ordered, the host arrived 1 and a half hour late. And even we had to wait for the clean service who was working at 17.30 h. The check in hour was 16.00 h. When we complain about that, they laugh at us, telling us that the owner is a big company with 200 apartments and the host have his schedule. If some other guest arrive late to the check in, the other apartment guests will be waiting with the luggage at the street. That was our case. I recommend you an apartment with other owner who cares for their guests.

This apartment had two good things: location and natural light.

First disappointment was to find out this was a third floor with no lift (!!!). We were told Booking does the ads but, even if that were the case, it would be in good faith to mention it - we went with two babies and strollers for 20 days, even worse if we had gone with a disabled person for ex. You also cannot claim to have a fully equipped kitchen if it has no microwave, this is an essential commodity nowadays. Air conditioning worked on and off and is only in the bedrooms. Entire house is quite humid and bathroom smells.

The apartment was excellent. Wonderful location, everything we ever needed was close by, including a wonderful park. The kitchen well supplied with all that was necessary. Bed was very comfortable. WiFi worked great. Hot water and showers were fine but a little sensitive to adjusting.

The management staff were non-responsive to a few questions and requests. I never was able to acquire enough toilet paper and had to buy it. I also wanted wash clothes. We were supplied two towels for ourselves, one other hand toilet and one towel for the kitchen. No napkins. The staff needs to improve on communication with guests.
