GuestReady - Beautiful flat near National Museum

This apartment is really spacious, clean and very well equipped and suited for a longer stay. The apartment has a large kitchen, a large bathroom and a separate bedroom and kitchen, which is nice. I liked the area a lot and felt very safe as a solo traveller. It's close to Metro station Rato and you can find several supermarkets in the area. I liked the vibe of this neighbourhood a lot.

The apartment has some minor maintenance issues. The front door handle was very loose and I was worried that it would come off. The water in the shower could not drain well and there was a bit of overflowing going on. The light in the bathroom was too dark. The bed is big but quite hard.

Me he quedado ya en alguna otra ocasión con Guest Ready y la verdad es que siempre me ha gustado la comunicación con el cliente, la accesibilidad y aunque haya tenido algún inconveniente, ellos tratan de solucionarlo inmediatamente. En este caso, no fue distinto. El apartamento cómodo, edificio con ascensor y vecindario bien tranquilo.

El apartamento no estaba bien mantenido. Las cortinas muy maltratadas, se veían algunas manchas de humedad en las paredes de la terraza. La limpieza de la cocina no era tampoco la adecuada. Por ejemplo, usé la máquina de café y tenía una cápsula usada desde hacía un tiempo al parecer.

Contato fácil com o pessoal da acomodação. Precisei roupas de cama e prontamente recebi. Da mesma forma, solicitei xícara e taças para vinho e enviaram novas. Obrigado! Apartamento muito limpo e com mobília de qualidade. Cozinha bem equipada.

Sofá da sala que serve de cama, está com encosto totalmente quebrado e muito ruim para sentar e dormir. Um novo deixaria o apartamento em condições plenas para hospedar 4 pessoas. Falta forma para uso no forno. Perna da mesa da sala solta. São esses pequenos ajustes que deixariam o apartamento excelente.

La ubicacion es excelente, el servicio y las comodidades del alojamiento mas que excepcional. Y los detalles de bienvenida hicieron que nos sintamos mas que satisfechos. Todo muy bien! Volveremos sin dudas.

Apartamento foi entregue extremamente sujo, sujeira antiga, muitos cabelos espalhados por todo o apartamento. Apartamento com vazamento, paredes emboloradas, com mofo. O sofá da sala muito desconfortável. O local de tomar banho entupido

The navigating the system used to send the passports in advance was very difficult and which caused us to sit in the Airport longer than anticipated. And when I arrived, I reported the TV, but no one came during the first two days, when they had permission to visit while we were gone. Soon the owner stop responding to my request to have it repaired. The sofa bed had a large animal urine stain on it that smell the entire time; the bathroom sink slowly drained, and there were no cook tops for 2 skillets, nor the pots which was one of the reasons to selecting an AIR BNB.

I requested in advance an early check-in that was never answered. Once, we got to the apartment, I requested an early check-in (again), I got an answer saying that a payment link would be sent soon to pay for the early check-in, payment link that I never received. We waited in front of the apartment a few hours until it was 3pm and we had the access available. Also, the door is really hard to open, it took me a good time to figure that I needed to push really hard to get it open. It's a very nice place, it would have been perfect if it wasn't for this little incident.

El sofá está roto, que vayan los dueños a probarlo a ver si se les ilumina una luz y lo cambian, la comunicación con el personal para realizar el check in 2 horas antes de lo previsto nefasta, te habla una máquina y no te resuelven nada.
