Location was good. It was close to touristic points.

1. The toilet seat in the bathroom downstairs was broken and the door locker on the bathroom upstairs was broken as well. Although initially , after informing the host, I was told those will be sorted the next day, that didn't happen. Even more, when messaged again the host, I was completely ignored and no communication from the host was received up to the end of our stay; 2. The boiler wasn't able to heat the water, therefore we couldn't take a shower; was told "to not touch heater device as it is set for use"- sorry, but the device is old and not at all fit for purpose. 3. When attempting to put the heater above the bathroom door on, I got a power cut; 4. I found mould in the coffee filter, showing that nobody checked properly the property before our arrival; not to mention that my son found a clothing item under his bed, proving that no proper cleaning happened; 5. Very steep stairs, so you do have to have good joints to go up and down; lights in the building not working all the time. A tip- the switch for the lights in the building is "marked" with a little led-like point- please use that, as otherwise it is looking exactly the same as the door ring for the other apartments, so you will endup ringing the neighbours and still be in the dark. In conclusion: disappointing conditions and poor preparation and communication from the host. It is not worth the money!

We booked and paid for a three bedroom, two bathroom apartment with aircon. We got a poky 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom horrible little place with no aircon. Manager / Owner Helena was extremely rude. I would not recommend.

The location was great, right in Lisbon for looking around. Six of us stayed in the apartment. Great communication with owner when we needed anything. Local supermarket was 100m away which was excellent. Really appreciated the speed function on the washing machine so we could efficiently do our laundry.

Car parking, we understood car parking came with the property. However this was paid parking and quite expensive, approximately a 10 minute walk away. No lift and three flights of steep stairs to access property. Upstairs bathroom is very small, this is where two of the three bedrooms are located. One couple ended up sharing the bathroom downstairs rather than use the one upstairs as it was so small. Photos make the apartment look larger than it is.

Property was in a great location, all the amenities you need and the host was lovely

Airconditioners doesn't work properly.

there was NO aircondition. Why is written that the appartment is airconditioned?
