Hard to locate. Staff is difficult to contact. It is very loud from street noise.

This booking was by far the worst experience I’ve had with a Booking.com rental. The apartment was nearly impossible to find, even after contacting the check-in service, and once we got the keys, there were no numbers on the doors, making it even more confusing. The door was extremely difficult to open, there was no heating or hot water, and the noise from the surrounding area was unbearable 24/7. We had no choice but to leave and book a hotel instead. This place was completely misrepresented, and I would strongly advise against wasting your money here.

The location is very central and near a bunch of restaurants and sites. The flat itself is very charming, albeit a bit oddly laid out. However, it is quite comfortable.

We arrived quite late at night and while the company does provide late check in services, the pick up location for the key is quite far from the accommodation. This seems strange as the company runs another hotel just around the corner from the flat. Additionally, we were told that the city tax needs be paid on arrival at the key pickup location. However, it was never mentioned that it must be in cash. When we did arrive to the key pickup the desk clerk was most unhelpful in accommodating the situation and insisted that we pay in cash and not card. Even though we did not have cash.

No breakfast available. Very close to rossio square was a plus that's all.

Very dirty especially bathroom. Floor mouse traps in drawers and bug spray on shelves in kitchen entrance to place was very dirty windows didn't shut properly. Smell was terrible.

Location was fantastic, you can walk to all important places in 3-5 minutes. There is a shopping area around. There is no better place than that❤️‍🔥

The house is quite old and there were problems typical of an old house, there was a smell in the living room, there was no air conditioning, although we did not mind it, there was a strong fan, the balcony was very dirty. The bathroom handle was damaged and difficult to close. It might be useful for a short rest
