Special cleaning procedures are implemented according to local legislation requirements to reassure the safety of our guests. The apartment shall be made available to the guests duly clean. The guests commit to leaving the apartment reasonably clean, without rubbish or leftover food in the apartment. There will not be additional cleaning service nor change of bed linens or towels included in the rates during the stay. For additional cleaning service during the stay, the guest will have to request it upon the booking confirmation or during the stay directly from the hosts. Extra cleaning (same as cleaning fee) fee will be charged accordingly. Guests are required to clean the accommodations prior to departure. Additional towel changes are available upon request for an additional charge of EUR 10 per towel set. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property. "Exceptional"

Our train was late for 2.5 hours and the hosts patiently waited for us. There are two separate showers+bathrooms, which is very convenient when you travel with kids. The room with two beds does not have windows, but my kids (14 and 18 years old) slept keeping the door open, and it was fine. There is a lot of space in the apartment, including a working space with a desk adjacent to the master bedroom and a fantastic balcony, where it is very nice to stay in the evening. There are two air conditioners. The location is perfect: we reserved several excursions/concerts, and all of them started within 15 minutes walk from the apartment. There is an upscale brunch cafe 10 meters from the apartment to eat in the morning, and plenty of places to eat starting from 12. It is a bit expensive, but we do not regret taking it for a single second. The security deposit was reimbursed within 48 hours.

250 Euro cache damage deposit - 188.66Euro bank Return = 61.34Euro What's that? There are no explain. From the first day cable TV set top box is booting status continuously! We didn't damage anything. We were stay with cockroach! Pedro answer my message.

"Fantastic apartment!"

The apartment was fantastic! It has everything we needed and more and was finished to a really high standard. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything you’d need, and public transport. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The mattress in the double room was a bit hard and uncomfortable.
