Oliveirinha Cosy Apartment - Alfama

La reserva fue muy sencilla y el precio se podría decir que correcto, la ubicación en el barrio de Alfama estaba bien, cerca de miradores, la catedral y restaurantes y cafés

El apartamento no cumplió con lo esperado. Las fotos son algo engañosas y, al llegar, encontramos que los muebles estaban en mal estado: una de las camas individuales tenía una pata suelta, el sofá no estaba limpio, y hacia muchísimo calor, no creo que se pueda permanecer allí en los meses de verano, la mesa del comedor tambaleaba y no se podía usar sin riesgo de derramar algo. Además, los muebles estaban con signos de deterioro y antigüedad, el baño no estaba muy limpio y el apartamento no contaba con lavadora. En general, decepcionante respecto a lo que mostraban las fotos.

Excelente custo benefício. Localização muito boa. Boa comunicação com anfitrião. Recomendo essa unidade.

Las camas son cómodas y una ubicación buena

No había persiana en el dormitorio con lo cual despiertas al amanecer, muy descuidado el baño.

At a glance, this property is very cute and quaint in the heart of Alfama. It is in very close proximity to everything by foot or by tram/bus.

The property is in dire need of new furniture/equipment We stayed 10 days, and it was too many nights in this apartment. Communication with the host was ok, but it took them 24hrs to respond to questions. We couldn’t call the 24/7 line since our esims didn’t allow for us to do that. So maybe they are more responsive by phone. - The shower doesn’t drain properly/at all. We used the plunger which worked a bit - The shower curtain is mouldy and too short, so water gets out onto the floor. - The bathroom smells bad all the time. It was really horrendous. I have stayed in Lisbon in small apartments before and have never experienced it this bad. - Because the apartment is old, be prepared to hear the footsteps of everyone upstairs, it is a young family with kids and they run around and you can hear everything. - We stayed during a heat wave where temperatures went up to 42°c, the original fan provided was broken and I asked for a new one, it was replaced on the 4th day of our stay after I had asked once more. We had already passed the hottest day at that point. There is barely any air flow even with front and back windows open. - The shutters have been removed from the front window, and the curtains are sheer. There is a bright light outside the apartment and is quite annoying. Also annoying in summer when the sun rises early. So the room doesn’t get dark at all. - The dining table is on a stand and wobbles a lot, we asked for them to fix this, it took more than 24hrs for a response and they were going to send someone, but we weren’t going to be home so we didn’t get it fixed.

Great location in the heart of a cute alfama district. Lots of restaurants around and bars. Walkable to main attractions - nightlife and city centre a bit further out. Beds were clean and comfortable with minimal kitchen necessities available. Host was responsive and helpful.

Shower was clogged and or drainage was not effective so there is a slight damp smell and shower fills quickly if you use a few times in a row. Could use some AC as it is really hot.

Incredible location! Great to see the best of what Lisbon has to offer!
