Velvet Dream Apartment

Very comfortable place. We only stayed overnight due to changes in previous travel plans.

The lock on the door needs to be fixed. It was so loose at times that it wouldn’t unlock. I have to remove the already loose cover and hand screw in the tiny screw so that it was tight enough. But as it was used it became loose again so I had to do this multiple times. Very unsettling to know all your belongings are locked inside while you struggle to get in the apartment for 5 - 10 minutes.

Location is premium next to rua augusta and restaurants, cafes around. Flat was very well occupied with all essentials. A/C was good and views were spectacular.

Nothing major.. No luggage storage after checking out, but they offer alternative nearby storages with fees. Not flexible on extending checkout time, but wasn’t really an issue for us.

Vieta nuostabi, jauku ir švarų, kiekviename kambaryje kondicionieriai, virtuvėje viskas ko reikia. Šeštas aukštas, bet yra liftas. Vaizdas pro langus nuostabus. Miesto centras prie upės, Buvome su šeima, keturi asmenys, vietos konfortiškai visiems užteko. Ačiū ❤️

El alojamiento está muy bien situado, un apartamento muy bonito, amplio y con maravillosas vistas desde un sexto piso. Tuvimos que hacer el check-in de noche, todo fue correcto con las indicaciones y estuvimos en contacto por WhatsApp, al ser fin de semana.

Como comentario extra sin crítica, había un botiquín de primeros auxilios pero estaba vacío, para que revisen en cada estancia si falta algo ;).

Amazing condo in prime real estate location with close proximity to all major attractions and tons of restaurants and cafes. Wonderful caring host. Would book again anytime.

Clean, cozy, very central. Allowed me early check in which was really great.

Lights too dim..

The apartment was very good. The location is excellent - just a 5-minute walk to the sea and 5 minutes to the city center. All restaurants are nearby. There were very good instructions on how to check in and check out. The design of the apartment was also very nice. It was very comfortable for us, including our two kids and our dog.

The only thing we didn't like was that it was not very clean - the sofa and chairs needed cleaning, and it seemed like the floor had never been properly cleaned.

Everything worked as expected. Such a convenient location. Elevator worked well so no steps to climb until in the 2 level apartment on the 6th and top floor. Washing machine was conveniently located in the kitchen. Self check-in was easy and fast.

Caulking in shower corner needs replaced but overall in good condition and clean

What a lovely spacious apartment, very clean and with great views from every window. Ideally located close to the main square, shops, restaurants and many transport links to all the tourist sites. Highly recommended.

The location is great. The unit is near the many thought after districts of Lisbon and it's not in a very busy area allowing for a quiet and good night sleep. Air conditioning worked very well. Unit layout is great with common kitchen, eating and living area. Two bedrooms have ample space.

The unit had 2 bathrooms but only one shower. The pillows in the single bed room need refreshing. Earlier check-in time would be appreciated. Elevator is available but small.
