FLH Expo Modern Flat with Balcony

Estão a pedir-me um custo para limpeza do apartamento de 40 euros. Não sei se isto é regular.

El apartamento es espacioso y está bien decorado y tiene buenos electrodomésticos. Está en un edificio moderno y tiene aparcamiento en la calle fácil de encontrar.

El apartamento necesita un mantenimiento adecuado. Tuvo problemas de humedad en el suelo delante del baño principal y necesita un cambio del parquet en el pasillo. El baño principal necesita una mejoría. La bañera y el lavabo no desagüan correctamente. Necesitan ser desatascados. La iluninación es pobre y además la cortina de la bañera es negra, por lo que oscurece mucho la bañera. Eso hace que la gente deje abierta la cortina para poder ver mejor, y consecuentemente el agua cae al suelo, a la puerta, y a la madera/balda debajo del lavabo. Todas esas zonas tienen daños por el agua. Además la limpieza no es buena. Hay moho en los azulejos y polvo encrustrado en las esquinas del suelo. También añadiria un colgador de toallas extra. Las paredes de las habitaciones y dentro de los armarios necesitan una limpieza y/o pintura. Necesita mejorar.

I’d like to start off by saying that we were very excited for our stay in Lisbon. We are two girls on a trip, one in menopause and one pregnant. Upon arriving at the airbnb we realized the pictures were kind of deceiving and the appartment is very hot, old, the floors were filthy, the couch stinks, everything in the appartment is old/broken and there is literally nothing to do around there. Its in the middle of nowhere. Everything is about 30-40 minute commute. And do not even get me started on locking and unlocking the appartment, it was a damn hassle each time. On top of that we did not find that the cleanliness level was up to our standards. But to give the situation the benefit of the doubt we decided to go to the nearby supermarket and buy cleaning supplies and clean and mop it ourselves. The mop water was literally BLACK. Understandably we mopped it multiple times. We then realized that this is ridiculous we are on vacation and this shouldn’t be an issue. We explained this to the host and told him that we would like to leave within hours from checking in on Day 1. We were even open to just get half of our trip refunded and leaving instantly but they did not want to work with us. In fact they kept refusing to do so. All they would offer is to let the cleaning team stop by again. After the first day, the host never ever even tried to follow up with us after giving him negative feedback, not even to ask if we would still want to schedule the cleaning crew. We just never heard from him again. But the worst part in all of this was that there was a massive nail in the middle of the bedroom door. So we would constantly step on it and it is extremely painful. The nail was so bad that one of us ended up stepping on it and falling flat on the floor because of this. We are very lucky that the one who fell was not the pregnant one. Our stay here was not pleasant at all and the customer service was incredibly lacking.

Camas super incomodas, paredes sucias. Está bien que sea un sitio por negocio pero para alquilar hay q ofrecer más confort, no tiene buena ubicación

O edredom estava sujo.
