The relatively convenient location doesn’t make up for all the other downsides.

We stayed in these apartments for three nights and, unfortunately, were very disappointed: At first glance, these could be wonderful apartments – two separate bedrooms, a kitchen, a spacious living room, and two bathrooms – but in reality they are literally falling apart. Half of the faucets and light switches don’t work, the sofa reeks of cats, and the placement of switches and outlets makes no sense. The walls are shabby, and the furniture is old. The kitchen is equipped for cooking and doing laundry, but there isn’t even a basic starter pack – no small amount of laundry detergent, no dishwasher tablets, not even a couple of tea or coffee sachets. This might not be strictly necessary, but it’s a small effort for the host and always a nice touch that makes life easier for guests (in all our previous stays, this basic minimum was always provided). You are surrounded by incredibly noisy neighbors. You can be sure that someone around will be arguing, singing, smoking weed, cooking, taking out the trash, and much more – and you will definitely hear every sound and smell every odor. The staff is far from customer-oriented. They only respond between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m., very slowly, and WhatsApp messages get automatically deleted after 7 days. The check-in information (unlike in all other apartments) was provided literally 30 minutes before arrival. The apartments still use the old system with a code lock and physical keys. This is incredibly inconvenient considering we were traveling with a friend, yet only one set of keys is provided, which automatically ties you to each other.

Éramos 3 personas y nos dejaron solo una llave. La entrada hasta las 15 horas no pudimos entrar y la salida tuvo que ser a las 11 y debería haber sido a la misma hora de entrada a las 15.

Muito quente, falta alguns itens na coxinha.

Location perfect, quite some space

Curtain was missing in one room (made the room completely unusable because the sun was shining in and it was way too hot), contact with staff is bad, however received a partial refund so that makes up for it partly

The place was huge and very roomy for our family.

It is too far up in the hills.
