The bed was very confortable and had enough of pillows. Loved also the idea of the code door.

The cleaning was bad upon arrival, there was hair everywhere and felt rushed. Where the trash is located was dirty and smelled really bad. Also the shower is leaking water and there is no curtain on the window so the neighbours can see everything.. And just for a recommendation place another mirror in the apartment where the painting is for example we where 3 girl with 1 mirror in that small bathroom.

The property was beautiful and located in a quiet area of lisbon, right near the water. Lots of restaurants near by and mini mercados.

The apartment is cozy, quiet and equipped with decent kitchenware. A but far from Lisbon city, but easily accessible by public transport. A few good restaurant around, and supermarket to get groceries. The staff is very quick at responding text and queries. Self-checked in; so it gave a bit of flexibility to the guests especially with late evening flights. Overall, satisfied with our stay.

The route to get to the apartment quite hilly, not suitable for elderly, or physically challenged guests. The penthouse apartment on the third floor- access with small stairs. It is fine for me, but challenging for some. There was no iron in the apartment, altho advertised on booking.com website. No mirror in the room/living room. Just to be aware, the window of the living area facing the backyard.

Zero floor, there were small ants in the kitchen. Very high humidity, difficult to breathe, had to live with open windows

The location was not directly in the centre but only €5 Uber. The restaurants local to the apartment were delicious and very reasonable price. Host was lovely helped through WhatsApp with any queries and gave recommendations on local restaurants. Would recommend to stay

Location was fine if you want to visit and explore Belem.

It didn’t have iron as it was mentioned in the description. Also, there was a cockroach in the kitchen which wasn’t so pleasant.

I’m rating this based on the what I was desperately looking for - something lovely, very quiet, wih comfortable beds, at a good price. And still within walking distance of some beautiful sights. This place is IT! Super comfortable beds, air conditioning and blackout curtains - a great place to sleep off your jet lag. Also super quiet with modern high quality windows and soundproofing. Lovely modern amenities and clean. The neighbourhood is lovely and quaint with good little cafes and restaurants, and a 20+ minute walk to the water/transit lines and sights of Belem.

Nothing - it was a relief and delight to arrive here.
