FLH Madragoa Fresh Design Apartment

The acommodation is very nice and bih for the price.

We came earlier in the city, and asked if we could possibly enter before check inn time. The landlord told us to wait for 15 minutes and we will be able to enter, however after those 15 minutes he told us that it is not possible to enter before check inn time which left us waiting in front of the door for 45 minutes. If we knew that we could not enter we would not wait, so the communication was not good and very inconsiderate to us, especially because it was rainning.

COCKROACHES!!!! There are cockroaches in this apartment,and when we contacted the FLH we received an answer that this happenes in big cities! No,it doesn't if the place was professionally dessinsected. So they brought a store spray and we spent our whole stay there spraying the apartment.Horrible horrible experience! Whole place is dirty !

The beds in the flat were absolute clouds of comfort, and the space itself was wonderfully roomy. The location couldn't have been better.

The flat was in poor condition, with dirt and a leaking toilet which made it unusable. Despite this, the staff did not take any action to address the issue.
