There was a smell in the bathroom

Great, great location! Almost at the bottom of the Alfama. Despite the noise outside at night, the soundproofing was not bad. Quite roomy, and very nice kitchen. Working Internet. Good communication and instructions. The phone controlled door locks were cool. Nice shower.

They outside door rarely if ever actually locked, as other guests have said. The door to the apartment itself did lock, so I was not worried though. Yes, there is a bit of a sewer smell from the drains in the bathroom, but there’s nothing the owners can do about that. It’s an old plumbing thing. They did their best to cover it up with scented products, and we left the bathroom fan on when we were in there and it was fine. I really have no complaints, and would happily stay there again.

Location was great. Easy check in with clear instructions. Access was very easy as well. Everything you need is available for a short stay

The stairs in the building were a bit steep, not ideal if you have mobility issues.

Buena ubicación y cercanía al parking del puerto que tiene buen precio. Aire acondicionado.

Olor a humedad en general, en el baño había un deshumidificador pero no solucionaba nada. No se podían abrir las ventanas en horario de los bares ya que entraba olor a cocina.

se fosse possibile, so che non è facile in strutture così storiche, cercherei di eliminare l odore che usciva dagli scarichi ( a volte veramente fastidioso )
