Martim Moniz Charming by Lisbon Village Apartments

L’appartement est conforme à la description. Il est très cosy et fonctionnel. On se sent comme chez soit. Idéalement situé, avec tous les points de visites et les moyens de transports nécessaires pour passer une agréable journée.

La difficulté d’accéder à l’appartement. La clé pour accéder à l’immeuble est très très difficile à utiliser. Au point d’avoir peur de la casser dans le verrou. Dans le couloir avec escalier menant à l’appartement, il n’y avait pas de lumière. Particulièrement embêtant et dangereux même en pleine journée. Le code wifi n’était pas le bon. Obligé de contacter le service de gestion pour qu’ils m’envoient le bon code. La Clim aurait été un plus.

Centrally located for transport and supermarket.

Dark ally with homeless camping at both ends. Not safe at night. No air conditioning, no fan in bathroom. Dragged luggage up narrow stairs to first floor. But big problem was they changed pin code the morning of arrival and we did not know as we had no internet. They could have left the pin the same and saved a lot of anguish.

Estaba bien equipado en cuanto a enseres aunque había cosas que no funcionaban como la tostadora

Eramos tres personas y solo había dos juegos de toallas. No había sábanas para la tercera cama

Location is ok. Lots of space.

Overpriced for value. No light in steep stairs up to apartment, old washer, neighborhood kind of dingy.

The location. Very near to eating places and shops. The metro station is also near.

Although the apartment itself is clean the area surrounding it is not very clean.
