"A little sketchy area but the place is nice"

The space, design, facilities are excellent for the value!

The neighborhood is a bit sketchy? A lot of foreigners which i don’t mind but some friends and uber drivers told us that this area has plenty of drug addicts roaming around -which was noticeable day and night- even walking out of it at Noon and heading south by the river, we saw a lot of homeless people and druggies. Cops do patrol the area at night but i still would not recommend this place for single women or people with children.

Very cozy and walkable.

The neighborhood is very loud. They never go to sleep and it's not like it a party. People literally just standing in the street talking and arguing.

La casa es muy bonita y totalmente equipada. Cerca del centro a pie.

A pesar de que la casa es muy bonita y está totalmente equipada se encuentra en una zona un poco complicada de Lisboa y no la acabo de recomendar para familias con niños pequeños.
