Iconic Tram Views & Loft Living - Loft in Bica

Die Lage war absolut top. Die Ausstattung super, neben der Waschmaschine gibt es sogar Bügelmöglichkeit. Für eine 4- köpfige Familie ( mit 2 Teenies) sehr gut geeignet. Joana und João waren sehr hilfsbereit und der Mail-Kontakt zuvorkommend und sehr effizient.

Great loft apartment in a vibrant area. Street entrance directly into unit that is a brilliant use of space. Bright, clean and new feeling. Hosts were very nice and responsive. Had a fantastic book prepared for tips and information on the area. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Uber may need to drop you off at the top of the hill and not directly into front of the apartment so you will need to carry your bags down a flight of street stairs. Double tram runs right in front of apartment which is charming and not disturbing.

The location was amazing and the inside of the house was very cozy. We enjoyed our stay here a lot. We felt that everything was prepared for us by paying attention to all the details. The neighbourhood can be a little bit noisy at the weekends since it’s at the heart of entertainment but it didn’t spoil anything for us.

Location was amazing. It’s part way down a fairly steep hill with a beautiful view to the water and walking distance to most things. Something to note for folks is there can be some street noise at night if you’re a light sleeper. They have a binder of recommendations that we found really helpful and it had everything we needed (including A/C which you’ll likely need in the coming months).

Decoration, comfy beds, perfect location, super friendly and caring hosts. 10/10

This was our 4th stay in Lisbon, first at this place. The best part of this place is a central location. The hosts have a folder in the apartment with their recommendations for brunch, dinner, sightseeing. We tried 2 places they recommended for brunch and dinner, and they were truly amazing. Loved There is self check in. The host communicates with you via email/msg. They are quick to reply.

a word of caution to parents: there is a railing in the apartment which is not secure at all. I let the hosts know, they said it will be fixed at a later date. This would require a proper change of their current railing- which I sincerely hope they will do for reasons of safety, even for adults. It was difficult to relax with a young child due to this safety concern. The apartment is in great location, but means that given it's on a busy nightlife street with lots of partygoers, loud music, with no soundproofing you need to be prepared especially if travelling with children. No taxis/cars allowed on this street- so you must be ok with carrying your luggage to/from taxis. The apartment was dirty- the floors had hair and dirt upon checking in. Looked like a very superficial cleaning job.

Spacious, airy apartment with a mezzanine. The hosts have put a lot of thought into making it a comfortable experience for the guest(s). Very centrally located. Overall it is clean and well maintained.

Wardrobes don't have any door handles making them tricky to open. Duvet a bit too thin for winter as the apartment gets quite cold. Could do with more natural light. Given the location, you will have walk uphill and/or up flights of stairs to get a taxi/uber/bolt which is difficult with a suitcase. Taxis cannot enter the street without the right permit.

The apartment was spacious, stylish, and very comfortable, with all the modern amenities we needed. The location was fantastic—close to everything, making it easy to explore Lisbon on foot.

As expected right on the same street as the iconic yellow funicular and such a lively area, the street noise was noticeable, but a sound app helped keep it at bay. If you want to stay in the heart of the action while enjoying a sleek, well-designed space, this is a great choice.
