FLH Intendente Cozy Industrial Flat

The accommodation was well maintained, clean and tidy. Good access for wheelchair. Many shops and restaurants in nearby. Not far from main railway station and easy access to public transportation.

At night time out side the property was very noisy and not recommended for ladies.

The flat was very clean and well equipped. We were a little anxious about key collection as it involved ringing a number on arrival but this all worked surprisingly well. The flat was well positioned for access to public transport but we took a taxi from the airport for ease of transfer.

The apartment block is very clean, safe and secure but the surrounding streets were very busy with quite a lot of small fast food places which led to a lot of debris on the pavement. This was usually cleared up but is worth noting if you want somewhere quieter. The noise could not be heard from the apartment though.

The property is really nice!

The big problem is the lock is not worked properly! I suggest to have a hanging stands

No reception at the facility. if you have any questions have to call them with your international phone number which can cost a lot.

Very nice appartment, with huge living room, bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Everything is new and clean and you have all facilities for a comfortable stay.

Despite the location is central withing walking proximity to historical center, the building is located in the very dirty street with questionable audience, who even just approach you to offer drugs. The parallel street was already much better and we tried to get there as soon as possible. The quality of the apartment itself for its price offset this negative location experience though.
