This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Na verhelpen van gebreken een fijn appartement."

Mooi ruim appartement op een goede locatie. Leuke inrichting en van van alles voorzien. De kinderen vonden het stapelbed top.

Vuile borden in de kast wat niet was gezien. Her en der gebreken als missende lampjes, geen slot of überhaupt een deurklink op de badkamer. De eetkamerstoelen bladderen af. Rookmelders waren niet geïnstalleerd. Handdouche knop was kapot. Alles gemeld met foto's en hierop wel hele positieve reacties gekregen, waaruit ik ook wel actie verwacht. Het vervelendste was dat de waterleidingen in het gebouw werden vervangen en wij ruim 1,5 dag zonder water zaten zonder daarover geïnformeerd te zijn. Guestready was hiervan niet op de hoogte. Communicatie hierover ging erg moeizaam en we moesten zelf aan onze informatie komen. We zijn hiervoor wel gecompenseerd en met al dat nieuwe leidingwerk verwacht ik dit probleem niet snel meer :)

"Exceptional"

Zentrale und ruhige Lage, bequeme Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche, geräumig.

Handbrause in der Dusche funktionierte nicht, aber die Regendusche. War für uns akzeptabel. Wird wohl demnächst nachgeschaut....freundliche Kommunikation.

"La désagréable impression d'avoir des prestations au rabais !"

L'emplacement proche de tous les transports en commun et pas très loin du centre historique de Belem. La pièce à vivre grande et agréable.

Logement loué pour 6 personnes : 5 petites cuillères, 5 verres à pied. Pour une semaine, un minuscule torchon de vaisselle, pas d'essuie main. La troisième chambre est aménagée dans un réduit, sans table de nuit et avec une lampe sans ampoule !!! Dans la salle de bain, 4 petits gels douche pour 6 et 2 rouleaux de papier toilette !!!

Não havia água quente suficiente para as 5 pessoas tomarem banho após chegar à casa. Ar condicionado de um dos quartos a deitar água

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Belém, nahe den touristischen Attraktionen. Es ist genug Geschirr vorhanden.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Einflugschneise zum Flughafen. Auch nachts ist es laut von der Straße und der Nachbarschaft (in dem Haus gibt es mehrere Ferienwohnungen). Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer ist ziemlich durchgelegen.
