Great apartment, clean, comfortable, wonderful location :))) There was all necessary on the kitchen. Windows to the floor, air conditioning. Since it is a corner apartment, the narrow balcony is around three walls. There is a viewing platform with a view of the river approx. 20 meters away. Great view :)

There is no soundproofing, you can hear doors closing loudly and people talking on the street.

Great location. Spacious. Amazing views.

A few of the days the electrical breakers for the whole apartment kept going out even with almost nothing in use. Several windows didn’t have curtains. One of the window/doors had a 2cm gap around it that allowed a freezing cold breeze throughout. It was fixed the next day. Bathroom drain was plugged but I bought a drain cleaning chemicals to fix it. General lack of attention in some Basic areas hold it back from being a great rental. Be ware the the top bathroom has extremely low ceilings. I couldn’t use it at all.

The location is super good, we can go to the center easily

1. The hygience. The bedliner looks super dirty, and have clear stains. 2: the location always has sketchy people walking around, trying to sell drugs. Which makes hs feel unsafe. 3. The toilet doesnt really have a door to lock it. Not convenient for non couple.
