Beautiful garden-campo pequeno home

We had a great stay at this apartment, which is well furnished and well appointment--nothing was missing (except for Air Conditioning, which would be great). It is extremely well located and serviced and the host is very responsive and accommodating.

If it had AC, it would have been an absolute gem. Other than that, there is nothing not to like.

There was a weird smell inside all the rooms

Location is good - there is a "mall" nearby with shops and restaurants. The flat is somewhat comfy and although it was Santos Familiares it wasn't too loud and the child could sleep.

It is obvious that the place is run down - the yard is rotting, the bathroom could use some refurbishment, etc. There was a broken window, but it was covered with something BUT the host returned some of the money because of the inconvenience.

The location is excellent. Bus, metro connections and shooping center are very close. I and my family enjoed the terrace. Its a miracle on the roof .
