Really nice modern apartment right in then center of Lisbon. The house is spacious and has everything you need.

Getting your e-keys is pretty straightforward but opening the door is not easy. This should be fixed, I had to call to understand how to open the door.

it was bright, clean, well-organized, and host responsive.

the fridge wasn't working properly, during the week neighbours were a bit noisy in the stairs.

The only thing we really liked was the location of the apartment. Very close to restaurants, coffee houses, public transportation..etc!

Zero, I mean ZERO welcome, we didn't meet a single person from the minute we entered the apartment until we checked out, but we did receive a link to pay city taxes as soon as we managed to open the main door. All they care about is $$, and THAT'S IT!!! We received 3 different texts from 3 different staff, Sofia, Carolina & Rita. Please don't expect any communication nor professionalism from this Sofia. She's extremely rude and moody with an attitude. She's too lazy to even reply with a simple answer to a simple question, so we had to ask twice and WAIT. Carolina was the only person with answers. She was very helpful with a positive attitude. As far as Rita, she's another story. We received a list of rules through WhatsApp, and here is one of those "prison" restrictions and rules: "There are noise detectors in the apartment hosted to capture any type of sound." Now you tell me, does it sound like this is some kind of a mental hospital or a federal prison. I think they should be investigated and see if the apartment is bugged with microphones & listening devices. THIS IS SO FAR THE WORST PLACE EVER!!

The apartment is spacious, well decorated. Although the bedroom is at the street side, you will not have any problems with traffic. The bed is very comfortable. The small hallway leads to a dining room and the connected living room. These are very nice spaces with a good sized table (perfect for work) and a super comfortable couch. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics.

Directly after booking, I was confused about the payment process. Luckily, that got solved quickly, professionally and to my satisfaction.

From the listing, it was not obvious that the apartment is on ground floor level - unfortunately this does not allow for too much sun / light in the apartment. We couldn’t find any heating system (which is often the case in Lisbon though). All in all a little overpriced for what you get.

Fresh and lovely apartment in a tranquil beautiful area, with several nice café and restaurants around. Wifi was good enough to work remotely.

The door opens with an internet link you get on your mobile. The door is a bit old and curved, so despite the sophisticated system the door would not always open easily. After a week we learned the tricks but first two days were a problem. Also, the door opened by itself without us clicking the link, once this happened when we were out and therefore found the door open, other two times happened when we were in. Not having a key to open means you need to have a charged battery on your mobile to come home ... sometimes this is a problem if you stay out all day and maybe use maps to move around. There was a sewage smell coming from the sink in the kitchen sometimes.
