Patio do Duarte Apartments

Η παρουσίαση για 4* διαμέρισμα κρίνω ότι είναι υπερβολική. Σε σχέση με γνωστά διαμερίσματα το εν λόγω διαμέρισμα υστερεί σε πολλά. Κάκιστη εντύπωση έκανε ότι για 4 άτομα υπήρχαν εφεδρικά μόνο 2 ρολά χαρτιά υγείας.

The apartment is very quite in a cul-de-sac area (patio), so not noise any time of the day. Very well located, you can go on foot to the main places to visit. The apartment is very well equiped with all you need for a short stay. Beds are extremelly confortable. The apartment also have a terrace, I really recommend this place.

Ambiente espaçoso e muito limpo. Camas e travesseiros confortáveis. Próximo ao mercado pingo doce e ruas tranquilas

Nur die Lage

Exzellente Lage, nah an allem Wichtigen. Die Wohnung war jedoch durch Feuchtigkeit beeinträchtigt, mit relativ großen dunklen Spuren auf Flächen, wovon der Vermieter laut Auskunft bereits wusste. Die kurzfristig durchgeführten Schönheitsreparaturen während unseres Aufenthalts änderten nichts an den zugrundeliegenden Feuchtigkeitsmängeln. Trotz der tollen Lage war die Erfahrung enttäuschend.

les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à l'idée que l'on se fait de l'environnement, vis à vis de partout. la terrasse est un bien grand mot,, il y a tout juste la place pour une petite table et deux chaises, et on ne peut plus bouger, donc pas possible d'y manger. L'appartement est très vieillissant (poignée de porte abimée, meuble bancal...), très très sombre, on ne peut pas faire rentrer la lumière, vis à vis très important, nous n'avons eu aucun contact avec l'hôte. Il ne vaut vraiment pas le prix payé.

The stay was comfortable, the hosts were very helpful and responsive. Very easy to get a Bolt or a bus, theres are supermarkets for gocerries around.

I stayed there during winter holidays, so it was kind a cold, the A/C units were not as effective as one would have liked.
