Patio do Duarte Apartments

The security of the flat was good and instructions for entry were very clear and helpful. The host set up at WhatsApp group which was answered quickly on the 2 occasions I used it and we were kept informed about cleaning schedule. The flat was clean and the bed very comfortable

The electric supply was of concern as there was a burnt out plug in the bathroom which had a hand written note in Portuguese I assume warning not to use. One plug in the bedroom was not securely fastened to the wall. The cover of the light switch in the lounge fell off every time it was used. There was only 1 hand towel between 2 people (although we did have a bath towel each.) It was stated that toiletries were provided. This consisted of some bright pink gelatinous gel that could be used for" body, hair and conditioner" which I feel is suspect as there was no product name etc. I would have brought our own if I had realised the "quality" being provided. There was a coffee machine with 2pods provided. We shared one on the first morning 25.9.25. On the second morning the machine refused to work so left a note , in Portuguese for the cleaner reporting the fault. The cleaner was due that day and did come to the flat. Nothing happened . The machine stayed exactly where it was, still unusable. The handle of the washing machine was broken and the inside of the washing drum was covered in black mould. The lampshades of the bedside lamps were broken/ cracked and one of the lamps was bent at an angle. The flat needs some refurbishment I had booked the loft and was given the ground floor.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Die Inneneinrichtigung ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem vollkommen in Ordnung. Einzig das Kästchen Badezimmer sollte mal getauscht werden (Türen kaputt, Kanten aufgequollen). Beim Bezug des Apartments war alles ordentlich gereinigt und sauber. Wir hatten das Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern und können das sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

Jól megközelíthető helyen van (metró, buszok). A környék csendes, az épület nem az utcára néz. Élelmiszerboltok a közelben.

The gate codes were sent via WhatsApp (which we had indicated in advance that we could not use), so we had to call for the code upon arrival. There are minor signs of wear and tear. Kitchen equipment is limited.

Proximité du métro et du centre, la terrasse , excellente literie et douche très agréable

Assez impersonnel avec peu de vaisselle, pas de consignes pour les poubelles , mais ce sont des détails

Good location, helpful staff, apartment floors were cleaned when we asked to.

Floor was covered in ant repelent and felt dirty. Our produce was frozen in the fridge. Kitchen, bathroom cabinets and laundry room smells like mold and washing machine is unusable - dirty and covered in mold.
