Chic Tailor Made Flat in Chiado

Great location near to Praca do Comercio.

Very tight shower.

The flat was fine.

We paid a premium because we were in Lisbon the same weekend as Taylor Swift (we had a wedding to attend so had no choice). The woman who checked us in was quite surly. The apartment was not clean by 3pm - the agreed check in time. The cleaner was finished around 3:30, after we’d arrived. The woman who checked us in informed us there were three coffee pods for a three night stay - we thought this was a bit mean considering the premium we had paid.

We loved the central location and appreciated the fact we could shut out the outside noise. The apartment was spacious and certainly met all our needs.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Such a great central location and everything inside the flat was perfect! We were welcomed on our stay and given a complimentary bottle of Portuguese wine on arrival. Very clean and spacious for a couple. Sad to leave and would stay again.

The location was excellent. We were within walking distance of so many things we wanted to do and near public transportation. The apartment was really cute and perfect for 2 people. The hosts were quick to respond and communication was good. When we arrived, they were already there to meet us and hand over the keys. They gave a tour of the property and had a welcome bottle of wine awaiting us. We had read that it could become loud on the weekends, but we didn't have any issues as when windows were closed, we couldn't hear the street noise in the bedroom.

We had some issues when exiting the building as the main front door would stick, and you couldn't get it to unlock from the inside. It happened to us several times and we also ran into two others at the entrance who were trying to exit the building and having issues. We contacted our host who let the building management know about the problem. I would suggest an additional soap, body gel and shampoo when people are staying longer than a couple of days; luckily we had some extra in our bag. The coffee pods also didn't work with the coffee maker as they would fall through, so we weren't able to have the coffee supplied at the apartment. A fan for the bedroom may be helpful too so you don't have to use the air conditioner but can keep the air moving. Don't let these things stop you from booking though, as these things were minor and the apartment and location were great.

This apartment had everything. Great location by Pink Street. We walked to everything. Grocery stores, the Mercado, restaurants, the metro, and famous sites, are so close. Spotlessly clean, modern appliances, and heated floors in the bathroom!! A big, super comfortable bed and pillows, and the apartment was light and bright. I think it was even nicer than the photos online. Very quiet at night too. Miguel met us early and was so generous, helpful and informative. We were greeted with a bottle of red wine too. We absolutely loved this apartment.

Location excellent not too far from railway station, metro and the river estuary. Despite being in a lively bar and restaurant area the noise never intruded into the apartment. Good size for two and well equipped.

We stayed 2 weeks. After one week there should be an automatic sheets and towels change. We had to ask for it

Good location, the apartment is very nice decorated and it was clean. The bathroom with heated floor - a particularly welcoming detail during the winter months.

Only two coffee pods for 2 people in 5 days. Only two small bottles of shower gel & shampoo - far from enough for 2 people in 5 days. The same goes for the toilet paper. It would have been preferable to have the option to pay a little extra for an ample supply of these amenities throughout our stay, sparing us the need to search for them in local supermarkets.
