Charming apartment in the heart of Lisbon

The location

We found cockroaches on the first day and silverfish in the spear bedding for sofa bed. All beds are extremely old and very uncomfortable we were left 3 blow up beds which is ridiculous as I did not pay to go camping. 2 out of 3 air mattress has holes or faults and went flat after first hour of sleeping. one guest has came home in pain from discomfort of them. Iron and hair dryer was broken. Bath did not drain and bathroom had a strong smell of sewage that all guests complained about even a 3 year old! For 6 guests staying 6 days, we had been left 6 towels and hand towels which was not enough. When I asked for more towels it was met with a rude response and I was ghosted by host until check out day and that was only to advise what time to leave by. Not helpful at all. Reading back on reviews I can see the historical reviews addressed most of this and I can advise this is all still very much a Massive issue!!

It has a great location, an interesting property design, and a rather comfortable property layout for a family with kids. And a sensible price too.

Some furniture and appliances were old and did not operate at 100%. Other than that - all's good

Stunning apartment in the heart of Lisbon. Really spacious and perfect for two couples. This is a quirky place with a huge sitting room and large kitchen. The furniture is bespoke and wonderful and the flat is really equipped. This is an old building with old plumbing (which I felt added to the charm)but still plenty of hot water for us all. The bedrooms are small and the one we stayed in had no outside window but it was cool and did not feel claustrophobic. We left our door partially open and cool air wafted in I loved staying here and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Lisbon.

My husband found the bed a bit uncomfortable but I didn’t ( same bed!!!).

We loved the place. So nice atmosphere and decoration. Beautifull! We’ve had a lot of fun because of the key. ☺️

good location and beautiful decorations,big and styled,kitchen is big.the host is very kind.

the bed rooms are a little small ,one of them is without window,the lightning in the kitchen is a little dark.

The location was close to attractions.

The apartment was on a busy street. It's called "Brand new" but is actually rather tired.

Great host (helpful). Great location. Flat is spacious and is full of character.....original not the normal refurbished holiday rental flat. OK for a couple of nights.

Bedrooms were very small. Flat could get hot and one bedroom doesn't have a window. Can get noisy as on main street. Think trams! Kitchen is very big but not 100% practical and bathroom could do with a make up although shower was excellent.
