Update Urban Chic Flat in 19th Century Building 2 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms & AC Central Alfama District

Im größeren Schlafzimmer konnte man leider nicht bei offener Balkontüre schlafen, da der Verkehrslärm ziemlich laut war. Bei geschlossener Türe war es kein Problem.

Paulina was very supporting with all questions. The apartment is cosy and very charming. Everything is there and it was very clean. The location is great, closed to Cathedral and the Center is only a few minutes to walk. We can really recommend it.

When the windows are open it is quiet loud, as the tram tracks are in that street.

A bright, clean, well equipped and spacious apartment with lots of character and charm. It’s centrally located with plenty of eateries, shops and attractions within walking distance. When taking a break from exploring the beautiful city, we loved sitting by the large windows watching everyday life pass by. Communication with the host was good, with clear check in instructions, and any issues dealt with. Highly recommend for a family or two couples.

The four flights of stairs are narrow and steep, which may be challenging for some guests.

Appartement spacieux, très joliment meublé, bien équipé pour cuisiner et idéalement placé (nouvelle machine à laver/séchoir installée pendant notre séjour). On est tout de suite en plein cœur de l’animation de la vieille ville de Lisbonne et nous nous y sommes tout de suite sentis à la maison. Bon contact avec la propriétaire et je recommande sans hesitation ! Nous avions une voiture de location et comme c’est une rue très vivante, nous avons décidé d’aller directement au parking sans décharger les bagages devant, et je pense que c’était une bonne idée car il y a les trams qui passent très régulièrement. Et le parking est à 5 minutes à pied, très facile à trouver !

This is a very nice, light-filled apartment. The photos accurately depict the furnishings and size. The location is very central, near the castle and plenty of restaurants, shopping, and the waterfront. Groceries are not too far away (5-10 minute walk). Beds are comfortable and the showers are very nice with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Support from the host was good and check in and checkout instructions were helpful and clear.

We don’t mind walking up stairs but if you have heavy bags or are mobility challenged be aware that it is two flights up some fairly steep stairs.

The apartment was great. Fantastic location (a stone's throw away from the Se Cathedral right in the heart of Alfama), impeccably clean with new appliances and high ceilings. Paulina was also very responsive; she answered all our questions pretty much immediately. The only aspect to consider is the four flights of relatively steep stairs one needs to climb in order to reach the apartment on the second floor. Other than that, our stay was perfect, and we would be happy to stay here again!

This is a fabulous place to stay. Right in the center of everything. We loved watching the 28 tram go by from the windows. We were 2 couples traveling together and having the space to lounge and enjoy our breakfast pasteis and evening port together was perfect. This unit was super clean, super comfortable and our favorite of the places we stayed on this trip.

Be prepared to go up 2 flights of stairs. It was no problem for us, but those who have any difficulty with stairs might want to consider a different unit.
